Support for AI Empire OS runs inside Whop. After you join, open your membership and use support chat. Paid members can also post in the member forum.

When you write, include:

• The product you bought (Free Access, Starter, Pro, or Elite)
• The lesson title if you are stuck
• What you already tried

Billing, cancellations, and access issues belong in support chat, not the public forum. Cancel a subscription from your Whop membership settings.

Purchase confirmations and membership emails are sent by Whop when customer emails are enabled on the account.
